Stanley Cup Champions are...........

The Carolina Hurricanes. YEp another southern, Sunny, didn't know what hockey was ten years ago part of the country has won another Stanley Cup. Tampa Bay doing it a couple years ago. I would have to say that just chaps Canadians Asses but hey as long as the Cup stays in the states I'm happy and Canadians aren't :). It was a pretty good finals i'm still not a guy thats gonna watch a lot if any regular season games but playoffs were defiantly good. If your not a big hockey fan I would just say check out the playoffs or at least Finals ya just never know if its something you'll enjoy.

Like to congratulate Mike Commodore on winning the Stanley Cup, he was part of a couple NCAA National Championship teams for the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux in the late 90's and 2000. Beating another former Sioux Matt Greene who came short in the frozen four and now Stanley Cup. Both young guys and should be able to make more appearances hopefully in the future.
